Application Overview
The highly dispersed gas-solid phase is subjected to convective drying to remove moisture.
Working principle
In the cyclone dryer, the airflow carries materials from the tangential direction, forming a spiral motion along the inner wall. The materials are evenly distributed and rotated in the airflow, strengthening the drying process. For materials that can be dried by airflow, the cyclone airflow dryer can adapt, especially for hydrophobic, small particles, and materials that are not afraid of crushing and heat sensitivity.
Depending on the characteristics of the material, pulse bag dust removal can be used for dust recovery, with a recovery rate of up to 99%.
