The optimization design of drying equipment should first meet the requirements of producing high-quality and competitive products, followed by saving investment, smooth operation of mechanical equipment, low maintenance costs, high labor productivity, and taking into account labor conditions and environmental requirements.

    Ⅱ、 Overview of Wood Chip (Sawdust) Drying Production Line:

      Sawdust is an organic substance with a moisture content of around 40-50%, which requires a moisture content of around 12% after drying. Its main moisture content is free water and biological water, which are relatively easy to remove, while biological water is difficult to remove. The drying process of wood chips (sawdust) mainly considers factors such as output size, finished material characteristics, ease of operation, one-time investment, and operating costs. At present, most sawdust drying equipment uses airflow dryers, fluidized bed dryers, and rotary drum dryers.
