    Melting shot peening

      The research and application of melting granulation are increasingly increasing in the field of feed additives. The structural point of its granulation is that the materials are dispersed in the continuous phase formed by the low melting point polymer material as the skeleton structure. Through the low melting point auxiliary materials such as various waxes, stearic acid, fat powder, monoglyceride, etc., together with some other raw materials, they are heated and melted, then mixed with drugs to cool spray pellets.

      Its advantages: It eliminates the tedious processes of mixing, granulation, drying, and coating. Easy to operate, highly technical, reproducible process, and low production cost. The main drug content is within 35% -50%.

    The following issues need to be noted during melting granulation:

    1. The melting point of low melting point materials is preferably between 40 ° C-90 ° C. Low melting points can easily cause particle deformation and affect the physical stability of particles. Excessive temperature can easily cause materials to overheat and accelerate decomposition.

    2. Cooling rate, try to accelerate the solidification rate as much as possible to prevent adhesion between particles.

    3. The smaller the viscosity of the molten liquid, the less the spray amount, the faster the rotating speed of the rotary table, and the smaller the particles.
